Prof. Dr. Retno Purwani Setyaningrum, SE, MM, is a doctoral graduate from Brawijaya University, her current functional position is Professor and is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Pelita Bangsa University (2001 to present). She has served as General Manager of Human Resources Development, Legal, ISO in 2 multi-international companies, namely PT Pipa Mas Putih (1989-2003) and Broadband Network System (2003-2005), then became a management consultant and training institution, and Director at PT. Ragam Maju Tangguh 2005-2010, then starting in 2012 as a permanent lecturer at Pelita Bangsa University, in addition to being active as a lecturer, starting in 2023 became President & CEO of PT. Yeji Rhema Abadi which is engaged in Passive Seismic (Oil Field Discovery) and management consultant. In addition to being a lecturer and practitioner, she is also a management consultant, researcher, trainer, UMKM assistant until now. Dr. Retno is a businessman and teacher. Her research has been published in reputable and DIKTI-accredited international and national journals. Research that has been done in the fields of Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship Management etc. and books written in various management disciplines such as Human Resource Management, Digital Human Resource Management, Leadership & Personal Development, Human Resource Management Practicum, Performance Evaluation, Quality Management, Change Management, Introduction to Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Ethics and several more books are being prepared. Dr. Retno has also received several Research Research grants organized by DIKTI.Dr. Retno is a lifelong learner, businesswoman, enthusiastic educator and passionate teacher with an interdisciplinary approach to management teaching, learning, research and has attended various international seminars both domestically and abroad, committees in seminars both domestically and abroad as well as trainers and coaching. Dr. Retno is a businesswoman, consultant and trainer in a business incubator for MSMEs and several private companies and local governments.
